Overview

These terms govern your use of the Waynesville Computer Services website and repair services. By booking a drop-off or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide in-person, drop-off computer repair and upgrade services for laptops and desktop computers in Waynesville, NC. We do not offer remote support. You must bring your device to us and pick it up when the work is complete.

Diagnostics & Estimates

A flat $40 diagnostic fee applies to assess your device. Any estimate provided is approximate and based on the symptoms described and the condition observed; the actual repair cost may differ once the device is inspected. You will be notified before any additional repair work begins.

Payment

Diagnostic and repair fees are due as agreed before or at pickup. We accept the payment methods shown on the site at the time of booking.

Your Responsibilities

• Back up your data before drop-off; we are not responsible for data loss.
• Provide accurate contact information and a truthful description of the issue.
• Pick up your device within a reasonable time after being notified it is ready.
• Provide any passwords or accessories needed to perform the requested service.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Unclaimed Devices

Devices not picked up within 30 days of being notified that service is complete may be considered abandoned. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before disposing of any unclaimed device.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
