A private dashboard I set up with you: money in and out, your accounts and cards, your subscriptions, all in one place. It fills itself in from receipts you forward and, if you want, your bank. You just glance at it.
Read-only, and never a password. It can see money, never move it. Download everything or delete it all whenever you like.

Money in, money out and what's left this month, the last 30 days at a glance, and anything new waiting for a look.
Money log
Every entry with a category, who it was, a note and a receipt. Search it, filter it, export it as a spreadsheet any time.
Accounts & cards
Checking, savings, each card, cash, Venmo. Balances and what went through each. Only a name and the last four digits are ever kept.
Subscriptions
Repeat charges, what they add up to per month and per year, and how many days until each one charges again. They fill in on their own from your bank, forwarded receipts or a bank spreadsheet.
Receipts by email
Your dashboard gets its own private address. Forward a receipt, or let Gmail forward them for you, and it's filed with the email kept as the receipt.
Spreadsheet import
Download a CSV from your bank or card and drop it in. Columns are figured out for you; the same file twice adds nothing.
Bank sync, if you want it
Your bank and card activity every morning, sorted into your categories, read-only. Requires a separate SimpleFIN subscription, paid directly to them.
Yours to look at
Your name on it, your color, light or dark. Add it to your phone's home screen like an app.
Switched on per person, no extra charge
At your setup we turn on only what you'd use, so nothing clutters the screen. Business features are set up with me.
- Calendar. Your Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar in one month view with your bills, bookings and due dates. Read-only.
- Bills calendar. Due dates that roll forward, mark paid in one tap, and a reminder email a few days before.
- Budgets and goals. A monthly limit per category with a bar that fills, and savings goals with progress.
- Receipt vault. Snap a paper receipt and it's read and filed, with the photo kept.
- Tax set-aside. What to hold back from this year's profit at a rate you pick, and the quarterly dates.
- Weekly recap. A short Monday email: last week's money in, out, and what's due.
- Team logins. A second login for a spouse or bookkeeper, with limits.
- For a business. Invoices (paid, unpaid, overdue), leads with follow-ups, bookings, a job pipeline with your own statuses, and your Google, Yelp and Facebook reviews in one list.

THE HONEST DETAILS
- Read-only. The dashboard can see money, never move it.
- No passwords, ever. Bank sync goes through SimpleFIN, where you sign in to your bank yourself; I never get your login.
- Only the last four digits of a card are ever stored. Never card numbers, account numbers or Social Security numbers.
- Your data is yours. Download everything any time, and delete it all with one button. Nothing is deleted on its own when a plan ends.
- One login for everything: the same account you'd use to track a repair here.
- 2-step login is there if you want it, not forced on you.

Plans renew on their own until you cancel. Setup is optional. It fills itself in from receipts you forward (free) and, if you like, your bank: bank sync needs your own SimpleFIN subscription ($15/year or $1.50/month, plus tax). Importing a spreadsheet from your bank's website works too.
Cancel any time: you keep using it through the time you've paid for, then have 30 days to download your data. A renewal that doesn't go through has 3 days to be fixed. Refunds are handled case by case. Anything we already agreed on is honored.

QUESTIONS
- Who is it for?
- Anyone who wants to see their money in one place without spreadsheets or a budgeting app that asks for all their passwords. Personal dashboards first; business dashboards (invoices, bookings, jobs) are set up with me directly.
- Do I have to connect my bank?
- No. Type entries in, forward receipts, or import a spreadsheet from your bank's website. Bank sync is optional and read-only. It runs through SimpleFIN, which charges $15/year or $1.50/month plus tax, paid to them.
- Where does my data live?
- In a database hosted by Supabase in the United States, in your own private space. Rules in the database itself mean one login can only ever see its own dashboard. I can see your settings and whether things are connected, never your entries.
- What happens to emails I forward?
- They're sent to a private address on my mailbox, read by an AI service to pull out the store, amount and date, and kept in your dashboard as the receipt. Nothing reads your inbox; only what you send.
- Can I stop?
- Any time. Cancel and you keep using it through the time you've paid for, then you have 30 days to download your data. If a renewal payment doesn't go through, you have 3 days to fix it. Refunds are handled case by case. There's no contract.
- How do I pay?
- Cash, Venmo, or a card through Square. You'll get a payment link at your setup appointment; Square then bills the monthly or yearly plan on its own.
