HOW BUYING WORKS
1. Pay online or at pickup
Buy now online (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App Pay through Square; 7% NC sales tax added at checkout), or call and pay when you pick it up, after you've looked it over.
2. Set a pickup time
Paid online? I'll email you to set a time. Paying at pickup? We'll set it when you call.
3. Pick it up
In Waynesville, by appointment. The address comes with your pickup time. At pickup I take cash, card, Venmo or Chime.
Something wrong? You have 7 days to bring it back for your money or a free fix. Returns

7-DAY RETURNS
If something’s wrong with a computer you bought here in my shop, you have 7 days from pickup to bring it back. You choose: your money back, or I fix it for free.
Covered
- It doesn't work, or it stops working
- It isn't as described: specs, condition or what's included
Not covered
- Changing your mind
- Damage after pickup, like a drop, a spill or a cracked screen
- Software, settings or accounts you added
- Wear shown in the photos, or how long a used battery lasts (a battery that won't charge at all is covered)
How it works
- Call (800) 292-8397 or email [email protected] within 7 days, then bring it back by appointment with everything it came with.
- Refunds go back the way you paid, tax included.
- You’re welcome to turn it on and try it out at pickup.
- Things bought on Facebook Marketplace or eBay follow that listing’s terms.
- The same policy is in my Terms of Service.
KEYBOARDS & ACCESSORIES
Smaller things are listed on eBay, where they ship to you. eBay handles the checkout, shipping and its buyer protection, and adds any sales tax itself.
