FLAT-RATE SERVICES
One fixed price, plus NC sales tax. You know the cost before you book. Paying ahead online is optional for the diagnostic, OS, cleaning and software installs.
Diagnostic
Full hardware + software diagnosis. The fee counts toward the repair if you go ahead.
A full hardware and software check for laptops and desktops — Mac, Windows, or Linux. Tablets can be checked for software issues.
You get a clear explanation of what's wrong and a written estimate before any repair begins. If you go ahead, the $40 counts toward the repair; a diagnosed repair's labor is at least $80 in total (or the repair's normal price if higher). If you decline, you only pay the diagnostic.
Most diagnostics are done in 1 business day. Common reasons people book: won't turn on, crashing or blue screens, running slow, or strange noises.
OS Restoration & Custom OS
Windows reinstall, custom OS setups, and corrupted-system recovery — returned clean and updated.
Windows reinstalls, Linux installs to speed up older machines, recovering systems that won't boot, and switching from one operating system to another.
Your computer comes back fully updated with drivers installed, for one flat $60 with the OS included.
System Speed-Up & Tune-Up
Bloatware stripped out, startup sped up, temperatures and drive health checked.
Fixes for slow startup, overheating, and loud fans.
Bloatware removal and a drive health check. If a new part would help (a failing drive, more memory), I quote it first; see Upgrades.
Deep PC Cleaning
